A fun and easy way to learn how to dance... Ceroc teach Modern Jive which is a funky fusion of Salsa and Jive with all kinds of music from the latest charts hits to the old favourites.

You're sure to have a great night out and meet loads of new people so come on your own or with friends. There is a beginners class each week so even if it's your first time you're more than welcome.

Admission is £7.00.

Doors Open 7.15pm. Beginners 7.45pm to 8.30pm. Freestyle 8.30pm - 9.00pm (social dancing). Intermediates 9.00pm - 9.30pm. Beginners Practice session 9.00pm - 9.30pm. Freestyle 9.30pm - 10.30pm.

A Church in Harrogate in inviting local people to bring "Questions of Life" to a new free course beginning at 7pm on Monday January 11th. The Alpha Course will run every Monday at St. Mark's Church on Leeds Rd for ten weeks where people will be invited to come ready to discuss the big issues of life in small groups over a meal and DVD. The Rev Arun Arora, Curate of St. Marks, said: "People are just so busy rushing around making ends meet, picking up the kids and just getting stuff done that it's quite rare that they take a moment to stop and ask What's it all about ? The Alpha Course is a great way of just providing people with a safe space to ask questions over a meal and to meet new friends."
